Counselling for stress and burnout

Stress sneaks up. You manage, and you manage, and you manage - until one day getting out of bed feels heavier than it should. Counselling won't take the demands off your shoulders, but it can help you understand what they're costing and what, if anything, you'd like to do about it.

Beyond "just try to relax"

If it were that simple, you'd have done it. We can look at what's actually driving the pressure - the deadlines, yes, but also the older beliefs about needing to cope, to prove yourself, to keep everyone else afloat.

I work with people from the NHS, education, the police, social care, the local industries, and parents who quietly think they're failing. None of you are. You're tired.
