The way we talk to ourselves matters - more than we often realise. If the voice in your head is harder on you than you'd ever be on a friend, you don't have to keep listening to it on your own.

Where it often comes from

Low self-worth usually has a story behind it - childhoods where love felt conditional, relationships that chipped away at you, workplaces that took more than they gave. We can look at that story together, gently, and start to question some of the old conclusions.

This isn't about pretending to feel confident. It's about meeting yourself more honestly, and finding a kinder place to stand.
