How I can help
Bereavement and loss counselling
Grief doesn't move in a straight line, and it doesn't keep to a timetable. You may have lost someone recently, or be sitting with a loss from many years ago that has never quite been spoken about. Either way, there's room here.
Lived experience, alongside training
I lost my first son, Ben, when he was a baby. I know what it is to be told to "try again", to feel pushed forward when something inside you needs to stay still. I bring that knowing into the room - not to make it about me, but because it shapes how I sit with you.
Grief can show up as anger, numbness, guilt, exhaustion, a constant low hum of sadness, or all of those in a single morning. None of it is wrong.
Loss of more than people
We also grieve relationships that ended, jobs and identities, the future we thought we were going to have. Those losses are real too, even if they don't always get spoken about.
