Online counselling

Online sessions work well for people whose week doesn't easily allow for travel - shift workers, parents of small children, people with health conditions that make leaving the house tiring, or anyone who simply feels more comfortable from their own space.

How it works

We meet by secure video at our agreed time. All you need is a quiet, private spot, a stable connection and headphones if you can. I'll send you the link and a short note about what to expect.

The room is the same room I'd offer you in person - warm, confidential, unhurried. Many people find that being in their own surroundings actually helps them open up.

Common questions

Is online really as good as in person?
It's different, and for many people it's just as effective. What matters most is the relationship between us, and that travels well online.
