Close enough to come on a tea break
From Ferryhill, Chilton or Cornforth, the journey is usually under ten minutes. It's also an easy journey from Dean Bank, Ferryhill Station, West Cornforth and Mainsforth. Several of the people I see fit a session into a lunch break or come straight after work.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive. Often people get in touch saying "I don't really know where to start" - and that's exactly the right place to start.

Because Burton Woods is close without being on your street, it can feel easier to attend counselling without worrying about who might see you. There is free parking and no need to sit in a busy waiting area.
